Classroom Volunteer Opportunities

1. Room Parent(s). Sign up at Open House.
2. Parent Readers will be scheduled by the room parent after Curriculum Night. I will provide a chapter book for you to read.
3.Field Trip Chaperones will be determined at a later date.
3. Science on a Cart. Come in and play Mad Scientist with our class. Parent Coordinators will be sending home information regarding this activity.
4. Holiday Extravaganza Class Coordinator. Room Parent will be sending home information regarding this activity.

WEEKLY FOLDER

Agendas will be sent home EVERYDAY.

On THURSDAYS, the folder will contain graded, stapled

work and flyers.

Return all STAPLED papers.

REMOVE all flyers.

Sign and return on Friday.
 
On FRIDAYS, a weekly behavior report will be in the back pocket of the folder. Review, sign and return to the back pocket.

Do not put any notes, permission slips, money etc. in the
 
Weekly Folder. Use the Hot Pocket in the Agenda for these

items.

Daily Grades

1. No name on board =   A

2. Name on board =        B

3. 1 check =                    C

4. 2-3 checks =               D

5. 4 or more checks =    F

Consequences/Fun Friday

Fun Friday = 30 minutes

Daily grades are added up to determine time-out from Fun

 Friday.

1. No Name on board = no time lost.

2. Name on board = warning, no time lost.

3. Every C = 5 minutes time-out from Fun Friday.

4. Every D = 10 minutes time out from Fun Friday and note home.

5. Every F =  note home and/or office referral and no Fun

Friday.

 

Weekly Folder Behavior Grades are determined by the

 following:

S+ =     No name on board all week.

S =       Name on board with no more then 3 checks all week.

N/U =   4 or more checks all week.
